In Every Season, Give Thanks!

During the most trying times of our lives, it is difficult to give thanks. It is difficult to recognize the good in any situation when you are feeling overwhelmed by a negative situation. In the pentacostal movement, they refer to giving thanks to the LORD in the midst of adversity as "a sacrifice of praise"
It is in the moments when we are going thru our trials, similar to what Job went thru in the Old Testament, when everything is falling around us and there seems to be no end in sight, or even any good that could possibly come into our lives because we feel theweight of loss, that our souls need for and cry out to GOD for help, that we need to and must give thanks for the minute blessings around us. What I mean is this, as you are praying with all your heart and crying out with all your soul, give thanks that you are heard by Heavenly Father and that He will answer your prayer. He may not answer it the way you want Him to, but He does answer and give you peace and strength and for that, give thanks. For friends that listen and offer comfort, love and support, give thanks. For your basic needs being met, give thanks. Especially when you don't feel like it, give thanks and believe it or not, you will feel better just for offering sincere gratitude to our Heavenly Father.
At this moment, my family is going thru a huge trial. I am grateful that thru the midst of this storm, I have the strength of the Holy Ghost and the comfort in knowing that HE will help us to grow as a family and support one another and learn to love each other even more. If I focused on the situation itself, it would be enough to really throw me into a tailspin and sickness, but because of the Holy Ghost, I can love and support my family without fear of illness or despair. I am amazed at the peace in my soul and grateful to Heavenly Father for both protecting me from grief and giving me the wisdom to support my loved ones. And for this, I give thanks.
Tis the season of Thanksgiving. I encourage you to look around at all that you have and be grateful for those blessings. Have a Blessed Holiday with your families and GOD BLESS!!!

Admitting your mistakes

One of life's lessons that is not easy to do is to confess when you are wrong to yourself, to your God, and to the person (or persons) you have offended in the act. Although the easy part may be to admitt an error to yourself, it is not that easy to ask forgiveness from another person about what you have done that you feel may have offended or hurt them.

I had a situation where I felt that I had been wronged, and then realized that my reaction to the perceived offense was just as bad, if not worse. This situation put alot of anger and bitterness between myself and a person I consider my friend. He has helped me thru some difficult stages and encouraged me along the way. We didn't talk for over a month, and I ended up talking about the situation with others...which was my error, because at first it was for advice, and then it became for gossip....I hate to admit that, but I am human, and will admit that I make mistakes...
I ended up writing and apologizing to him because of my anger that had been brewing in my heart over the situation, and I am happy to say, that he has been gracious enough to forgive me.
The reason I am posting this is to let others know that if you truly humble yourself, and admit your errors to yourself and to your God, that HE will guide you in what to do or say. And this forgiveness process truly does bring a sense of peace to your soul. Even if the other person responds in anger, if you have done all that you can to reconcile the situation, then you can let it all go and let the LORD take it from there! May the LORD Bless you as you continually seek HIM!! Angela

My Apologies

I apologize to all of you who have been hurt or attacked in some way by those who call themselves to be christians who truly do not follow the teachings of Christ. Even though I wasn't the one who attacked, hurt, or in some other way irritated you. I apologize because something they did got your eyes off of the teachings of my LORD, and onto error of ways of some of our well-meaning, yet misguided people.

Someone asked on another website I was on if believing in Jesus Christ was the only way to heaven. Belief in Jesus does not guarantee that you will enter heaven, for even the demons believe in Him, and shuddder! Not only do you need to believe, but you need to follow His example. His example was to show mercy, compassion, and understanding to the people, all people, no matter what their faith, even including those who do not ascribe to one.
The teachings of my faith explain that Jesus, when He died upon the Cross Atoned for the sin of every human being from the beginning of creation on down thru the eternities allowing them the ability to return to the Presence of Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ if they live the teachings of the Gospel, if they do not, but are good moral people, or if they have never heard the gospel, then they will be judged for what they knew and what they did with what they knew and how they treated their fellow man. This is how Grace and Justice are both met in the one act. Heavenly Father had all of our sins atoned for by Christ on the Cross, and He is the ultimate judge....not any human; therefore, no human has the right to say that definitely you cannot get to heaven unless you believe in this specific way of thinking.
We have the scriptures and the ability to pray for ourselves to receive revelation for our own lives, we have a mind so that we can reason for ourselves, and we are a social people, therefore we gather into communites of faith in order to help encourage and strengthen one another.
A statement I made another time was that in the OLD TESTAMENT it states that the LORD confused the languages of the peoples at the Tower of Babel. With this understanding, one person may call their God, Allah, while another calls him Yahweh, and still another mi DIOS!!! It matters not what language you use, they all mean GOD (In reference to Heavenly Father)
What this nation was founded on was not freedom FROM religion, but freedom OF religion, so I cannot tell the Muslim that he cannot face the east as he prays to His God in his ascribed form a worship, and they cannot tell me that I cannot call on the name of Jesus Christ in my prayers! That the Jews have every right to worship in synagouge on the Sabbath, which is Fri night to Sat Sundown instead of making them worship on a Sunday which is the day of celebration for most christian denominations.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask, it does not matter to me if I know you or not, and I will be as honest and truthful as I can, and will back everything I say to you up with scriptures from the Bible. One of the great things about the LDS church is that all the members are encouraged to search the scriptures for themselves, so if I do not know the answer, I will research it until I do, and then get back to you!
God Bless!

Maw Maw

My grandmother (affectionately known as Maw Maw by the family) is 92 yrs young this Oct, and has decided to move to Evansville, IN to be closer to the family for the rest of her days. I am so happy and glad that she is here. Although I haven't seen her yet, because she arrived late this afternoon and I had work and class until late this evening, I love her very much and look forward to spending as much time with her as possible.

My dad's mother, Mur, died while I was a babe, and although I honor her in my heart, I never really knew her. I thought it was strange and was confused when I was younger about why did some people have two sets of grandparents when I only had one? My grandfather on my dad's side died when my dad was a young boy. I see the loss on my dad's side and how it has affected my uncles and my cousins who still reside in the south.

I see Maw Maw's coming here as a real blessing for me, she could have chosen to go to Indianapolis where my other aunt lives, but she chose to come here, and I intend to take full advantage of whatever time I have left with her. She is strong and healthy for a 92 yr old, and is living in the retirement section of the residence home! I tell people at my church that she is a healthy as the Prophet! (Pres Gordon B Hinckley of the LDS Church is 97 yrs old and still running the church)

Have a great week! ~Angela

Tax Info I didn't know

Hello One and All!

I am currently taking a class with H&R Block in order to be a tax preparer this season, there are a few tidbits of information that I would like to share.

1) All teachers for K-12 Grade, their counselors and administrators, if they purchase supplies for their classroom that is not reimbursed by the school, is deductible on your taxes up to $250.00 per teacher. If the supplies are reimbursed or if a grant is used then you can not claim it. If you are married to a person who is also a teacher and you are Married Filing Jointly, then you can take up to $250.00 per person.

2) If you are trying to file Married Filing Separately, then you will lose out on several deductions that you would be eligible to take by filing Jointly. This is a federal law and ruling.
And it includes the Earned Income Credit for individuals and their children. I think they are trying to phase out this filing status, but I am not certain, but I do know there are several deductions that you are uneligible for id you use this status.
3) Interest you pay for your college loans may be deductible, as well as interest paid for your mortgage on your home.
I know that many of you are still in college, and that some of this does not apply to you yet,, but it is good for you to be aware that some tax relief is out there.
If you have a question, please put it in the comment section, and I will look into it for you. If I do not know, I will ask because now, "I've Got People!"
Have a great week!

Actual Message at Church

The Following is the message I gave at my church meeting this afternoon, the topic assigned was "Reverence in our Church Meetings" I felt that some things that needed to be discussed was not only the adults reaction in the service, but also how to tend to children who may be in the meeting with you. Within my faith, children of all ages are expected to be in the service with the adults, and there are alot of first time parents participating in services there.

I based the entire talk on two articles I found on the Internet at http://www.lds.org/
From the main page I entered the Library section and searched for "Reverence in Sacrament Meeting" There were over 500 possible selections, but the ones I chose were, (1) "Reverence Invites Revelation" by Elder Boyd K Packer and (2) "Teaching Children to Worship" by Joan and Helen Hughes. Although this is just exerpts from these articles in the following discertation given, there were many ideas and examples that I did not have the time to cover and encourage anyone who needs further research to go to the website and read the articles in their entirety.
"For the past several years we have watched patterns of reverence and irreverence in the Church. While many are to be highly commended, we are drifting. We have reason to be deeply concerned." 1
"Irreverence suits the purpose of the adversary by obstructing the delicate channels of revelation in both mind and spirit."1
"Our meetinghouses are designed so that we may enjoy socials, dancing, drama, even sports. All of these are important. But these auxillary activities should be subdued when compared with what the world is doing. Music, dress, and conduct associated with them are quite different from what is appropriate in the chapel or classroom on the Sabbath day.
When we return for Sunday meeting, the music, dress, and conduct should be appropriate for worship. Foyers are built into our chapels to allow for the greeting and chatter that are typical of people who love one another. However, when we step ionto the chapel, we must!-each one of us must- watch ourselves lest we be guilty of intruding when someone is struggling to feel the delicate spiritual communications." 1
The Lord commanded: "Assemble yourselves together, and organize yourselves....Continue in prayer and fasting...Teach one another the doctrine of the kingdom...And my grace shall attend you, that you may be instructed more perfectly in theory, in principle, in doctrine, in the law of the gospel. In all things that pertain unto the kingdom of God, that are expedient for you to understand"(D&C 88:74-80) 1
A testimony is profoundly personal, and occurs in response to very private prayers and pleadings. Nevertheless, the Lord has told us, "Where two or three are gathered together
in my name, there am I in the midst of them." (Matt 18:20, D&C 6:32)1
My favorite scripture is Malichi 3:16-18, which reads:
Then they that feared the LORD spake often one to another: and the LORD hearkened, and heard it, and a book of remembrance was written before him for them that feared the LORD,
and that thought upon his name.
And they shall be mine, saith the LORD of Hosts, in that day when I make up my jewewls; and I will spare them, as a man spareth his own son that serveth him.
Then shall ye return, and discern between the righteous and the wicked, between him that serveth God and him that serveth him not.
"Even very small children can experience the beautiful, sacred, tender feelings bestowed by the Holy Spirit, and all children have a need and a right to do so. For our children to feel the Spirit, they need to take part in sacrament meeting and be tranquil enough to sense the whisperings of the still, small voice. It is not always easy, but we can teach our children to "be still, and know that I am GOD" (Psalm 46:10) In addition to setting an example of reverence for children, parents, relatives, teachers, ad leaders may find the following thoughts useful in helping children to experience reverent worship.
The teaching of reverent worship begins at home. The earlierthis teaching begins with young children the easier it is." 2
My mother taught me at a very early age, to not run in the house when we were home, then one day she told me "I don't let you run in my house, do you think that GOD wants you running in HIS?" taching young ones to respect your home can be an example to them of how they are to act in public, especially in the house of the LORD.
We can do much to help our children appreciate the talks given in sacrament meeting. President Spencer W Kimball counseled: "An occasional whispered comment to clarify...the speaker's message may help the child to relate to what is happening. For example, the father could whisper, 'That is Gordy's daddy speaking now. He's talking about pioneers' "
Of course al this must be done in very quiet whispers, into a child's ear, so as not to distract others. 2
Our children need to feel and show respect for the speakers, We can lovingly counsel our children: "I know you don't understand everything, but the speakers will tell us what they feel the LORD wants us to learn. I'll help you understand a little, and then we'll talk about it more after we get home. 2
We cannot force our children to worship, but we can help them to behave in ways that invite tje Spirit. Each child is unique, of course and what works with one may not work with another. But parents who prayerfully determine to help their children worship and feel the Spirit will find to their joy that they are entitled to revelation and inspiration on the matter. 2
No one of us can survive in the world of today, much less in what it will soon become, without personal inspiration. The spirit of reverence can and should be evident in every organization in the Church and in the lives of every member.
While we may not see an immediate, miraculous transformation, as surely as the LORD lives, a quiet one will take place. The spiritual power in the lives of each member and in the CHurch will increase. The LORD will pour out his Spirit upon us more abundantly. We will be lesstroubled, less confused. Wewill find revealed answers to personal and family problems without all the counseling which we seem now to need. 1
Always remember, you can tell a child what to do, but they will most likely do what they see you doing more...They will follow your example.
President Gordon B Hinckley stated "We need to strengthen our sacrament meeting andmake them hours of worship in very deed. Cultivate a spirit of reverence, an attitude in which people come into the chapel and are quiet and reverent andthoughtful....Sacrament meeting ought to be a time of spiritual refreshment for our people, when, on Sunday, they gather to partake of the sacrament and renew their covenants with the LORD."
God Bless!

Respecting the House of the LORD

Today I was at a large meeting for my faith. As I was sitting in a pew, the family in front of me was trying to pay attention to the speaker, while their son, who is old enough to know better, was crawling around on the floor underneath the pew and causing a distraction for the people behind them...namely me! I had to watch my feet to make sure I didn't hit the young man with my leg.

I remember one time as a young teenager I was taking a tour of the faith of another religion, I thought about something I wanted to remember later and started to write it down, and the tour guide asked me to put away my notepad because the sanctuary is a sacred room that was not to be defiled by such things....

Tonight I was asked by my bishop to talk about such things next Sunday, although I haven't started writing my message yet, I intend to put both examples into play next Sunday at my Church...

We cannot teach reverence to children without discipline, and we cannot expect them to understand reverence if we do not follow the rules ourselves. If it is sacred to us, then when our children see us treat these things with love and respect they will follow our example.

I hope and pray that your week is blessed!

Trusting Your Instincts

Recently I had a new neighbor that was a little overly friendly towards me. My alarm bells went off immediately within my heart, but I could not place a finger on why I was uncomfortable around him. I tried not to show my hesitation towards him, because I wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt. I was raised by parents who always taught me to "not judge a book by it's cover, annd to not judge people by their appearance." Still, the warning in my heart could not be evaded or denied.

Last week, this neighbor was arrested for a terrible crime....
I am beginning to understand that there are times that we receive warnings from Heavenly Father by the Holy Spirit as a protection for us, and that these warnings should not be pushed aside because of society preaching "tolerance for others." This man tried to incorporate himself into my life in a very short period of time. I am thankful for the guidance of Heavenly Father and the warning within my spirit to let me know that this person was not a safe man to be around.
Having this close call, I can honestly say that it is a good idea to have some descretion about who you allow into your life and home. It is wisdom to be cautious and foolishness to be ignorant of the type of things that go on in the world and in your own community.
If you are uncomfortable around someone, take it to Our Lord in Prayer for understanding. If you receive guidance to stay away from the individual, even if you do not know the reason, and it cannot be explained by anything more than, "it is just a feeling I have" please, heed this warning in your heart. It is far better to err on the side of caution, then to have something terrible happen to your because of the individual and beat yourself up for years asking yourself, "Why didn't I listen to the warning in my heart?"
Please learn from my mistake. Have a Blessed Week.

Engineering the Impossible

There is a TV show on cable that I ran across today as I was flipping thru the channels...It is called "Engineering the Impossible" It spoke of two projects that seem rather fantastic in idea and incomprehensible in the amount of time and resources that it would take to build...

The first is the Millinium Building, it is planned for Hong Kong Harbor and would take nearly a decade in time to build and use more steel than the country of Japan can create within a year's time. It would be the tallest sky scraper ever built, and would be cone shaped in order to withstand the wind. They were saying that it would take resources and workers from all over the world to build this building, over a thousand of them!

The second idea discussed is called the"Freedom Ship" it is a floating city that would be like a gigantic cruise ship which would have the ability to float from port to port out on the open seas. This vessel would be a mile across and 3 city blocks wide. It would contain a school and a hospital as well as shops and restaurants on the boat, as if it were a city within itself.

Some may scoff at these ideas, but didn't our forefathers scoff at the idea of an interstate that had no stop signs or traffic lights? And before the 1920's the highest building ever built was only 5 stories tall.

The problems I see for these projects are both the same, Mother Nature! No one knows how to calm the seas! Both projects would cost billions of dollars to create. What if the Freedom Ship had navigation problems not thought of in it's creation, or the cone shape of the Millinium building can not withstand the force of the wind gusts at the height of 1 mile into the sky, as it is proposed? The engineers are not blind to these facts and I believe they are taking them into consideration. it will be interesting to see if these projects actually make it into the water and off the drawing board within the next decade.

Disappointed in COLD CASE

Tonight there was an episode of COLD CASE that was so atrocious it showed have never been aired! It attacks the beliefs of the CHURCH OF JESUS CHRIST OF LATTER DAY SAINTS.

It made its prime suspect to be a young Mormon man from Utah who was visiting an aunt for the summer. He was just trying to make it in a big city, and the people that he encountered were crude, crass, dis respective of the LORD, and they shamelessly made fun of our sacred acts of worship as well as the Prophet Joseph Smith, who founded our Church back in the 1800's

The script had people taking the Lord's name in vain and glorifying a film called the "Rocky Horror Picture Show" Which Promotes sexual promiscuity, homosexuality, transvestites and other immoral and impure practices.
I made a comment on another blog recently about how it seems that the devil is saying that it is okay to commit every immoral act because "every body's doing it" and trying his hardest to make the Lord's Commands be viewed as too restrictive and archaic and should be done away with. When will the Christians rise up together in one accord and tell the world that is trying to make us into the bad guys that it is "ENOUGH!!!" We have a responsibility to protect for future generations the Truth of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. This is too important, we cannot fail! Please, if there is nothing more you can do, at least pray for the mindset of our Country. As the Singer Carmen said many years ago, we "Need GOD in America again" Please pray for our leaders, and for those in charge of media and TV programming, that they will stand up for what is right, and not be phased by what is easy or will bring in the most money....
Thank you!

What the Evil One Doesn't Want You to Know!

Some people will tell you that there is no force of Darkness, that there is no devil, and that this is just a creation of the imagination of the Christian Dogma....IF it were just in the imagination of a "Few deluted fools" then please explain to me the reason for the murders and corruptions in the world? Some would say that it is the work of man...I would then ask where these "imaginations" started, if not from a source....
Here are my answers to some of the questions concerning the source of evil in the world....
In the Beginning, GOD created Adam and Eve and placed them in the Garden of Eden...Then Lucifer, a son of the morning, who was steeped in rebellion of authority tempted Eve into partaking the fruit of knowledge of Good and Evil. This account can be found in the book of Genesis in both the Torah and the Christian Old Testament. The next thing mentioned in the temptation of man is Lucifer, now called satan or the Devil in the Bible seducing Cain to offer for a sacrifice an offering that was not prescribed by the LORD as being such. Satan then told Cain that the LORD's not accepting the offering was the LORD rejecting Cain and that Cain was not worthy enough to be with the LORD. This is not the case in my opinion. The LORD was just telling Cain what was correct in His site, trying to chastise him as a loving father would his child to teach him correct behavior.....but then, satan wispered into the mind of Cain that GOD would Never Love Cain the way that GOD loved Abel, and that Cain would never be good enough and would alwaysbe second best...These words roused Cain to Anger and in his rage, he plotted the first murder in recorded history. The instigator behind the attrocities in the world is a malicious evil that will lie, manipulate and destroy as many people as possible. Satan has caused wars, murder, and other atrocities to both individuals and whole civilizations.
But this is the Truth that Satan does not want us to know, we have more authority than him. We outrank him! We are all Children of our Heavenly Father and if there is something facing us that we can't handle, if we just Pray to Our Father in Heaven for guidance, and learn how to trust one another, then we can and will have the victory over the situation By the Grace, Power, and love of Our Heavenly Father! Jesus Christ is the One who secured this victory by His sacrifice of His own Life in a ransom for others. It is by the power of his precious blood that all are redeemed! We accepted the plan of salvation before we came to this earth when we existed in the Heavenlies. This is why we have a body, we accepted the challenge to learn and see for ourselves in this world if we would truly remain on the LORD's side!
If you are a believer in Jesus Christ, then Pray to Him for enlightenment concerning whatever situation may be facing you, and find His Peace and Presence in the midst of your struggle.
If you are not a believer in Christ, but do believe in GOD (Heavenly Father) whatever name you call upon for HIM, seek HIM and ask concerning the truthfulness of this post.
THE BIGGEST SECRET that Satan DOES NOT want humanity to know, is that if we submit ourselves as a people again to GOD and seek HIM with all our HEART MIND SOUL AND STRENGTH, that the Devil must and will flee from our presence! Not Because of who we are, but because HEAVENLY FATHER inhabits the praises of HIS PEOPLE! And More importantly, where the Spirit of the LORD is the Devil Cannot be! Perhaps one day, this world will completely embrace this truth, but until then, pray not only for yourselves and the ones that you love, but pray for our leaders to have wisdom, and for peace in this world. And More importantly, pray for those who would do you harm. Pray for understanding not only for yourself, but also for those of other faiths who do not believe as you do. Prayer changes things, one person at a time....Are you willing to submit yourself to the Spirit of GOD and His Grace? Are you willing to be an instrument of Peace? Are you willing to stand against the Powers of Darkness and tell them in the name of the LORD that it is enough? Back in the early 1980's a man of Hindu faith chose such a path....IF Ghandi can do it, why not us? IF one man can do it, then why not a nation?
We as a people need to quit arguing over names of GOD and focus on the Spirit of GOD, once we do that, then I believe we will begin to have peace...GOD BLESS!

Tired of Being Overweight?

I have had health problems most of my adult life, and the medications that I have received to help improve my health has had weight gain as a side effect. A few years ago, I was around 350 lbs and had had enough! I felt awful and looked worse! I decided that a change was necessary, but I also recognised that I could not lose the weight alone. So here are the steps that I took which has helped me to lose over 80 lbs to date, and I'm still losing!
1) I got in contact with my drs. I told them that I was not happy with my health and that I needed help to lose the weight. One switched some of the medications around that I had been on, which helped some, the other contacted an endocrinologist when test results were showing that I was borderline diabetic, and I had other hormonal problems which were effecting me as well. SO ALWAYS, go to the Dr and get the assistance that you need.
2) Recognize that the weight did not get onto your body overnight, and it will not come off over night either! Remember that losing weight takes time and discipline.
3) Eat BREAKFAST!!! If you do not eat something healthy within the first 30 minutes of getting up, it will eventually slow your metabolism down and cause you to gain weight! It effects your mood, your energy levels and will tell your body to store food because your body doesn't believe it will be nourished for a while. I am not a big breakfast eater, but I do my best to east a piece of cheese toast on wheat bread before I rush off to work. Something, anything is better than nothing at all!
4) Stay away from simple carbohydrates! These are all potato products (chips, french fries, white pastas, and white breads) These break down into sugar quickly, but do not last long in your body and must be replaced quickly if there is no other sustanance along with it. Look for breads that have grain in them, they take longer to break down in your system and are healthier for you altogther.
5) Be Positive! Maintaining weight and not gaining any is a victory in itself. Sometimes your body will hit a "plateau" where you do not gain or lose weight, but during this time period, you may lose in clothes size...also remember that muscle weighs more than fat.
6) Everyone says that you need to exercise, but lets be honest about time constraints...there are several of us who just don't have the time for formal exercise, so try parking a little further out at the grocery store so you have to walk to the door. If you are in college, carry more than one class subject of books at a time using your bookbag only for your notebooks. One Dr. told me that walking 30 mins a day would do, and the thirty minutes does not have to be all at once!
If you limit your simple carbohydrate intake, eat breakfast in the morning, and drink more water on a regular basis, I'm confident that these simple steps will help you as well, but most importantly, do not try any diet pills, or other diet gimmicks without consulting your Dr!
Help is out there, and your Dr is the one who knows you best, so use his knowledge and let him/her help you on a road to better health!
God Bless!

When You Hate Your Job

I have been working at the same job for over 4 years now, I have gone to college and received an AAS in Accounting, but, in the area that I live, this is not enough because the area is swamped with qualified workers all trying to get the same jobs.

Although at first, I looked at my current employment as a blessing, in my heart I know it is close to time to my moving on to do other things and yet, I seem stuck in a rut, and it has caused some tension for me, which has reflected in my attitude towards one of the managers on my team.... I trained her in, and now she's my boss, and she is younger than me....This has been a real test not only of my patience, but also of my pride.

I am learning to not look at the situation as it is, to truly step out of the box, so to speak, and embrace this challenge. I see it as really building my character and helping me learn how to be patient and how to humble myself and listen to the manager, even though we have not gotten along in the past.

So from practical experience, my advice to anyone in a similiar situation, try and look first at yourself and see if there is anything that you can do to try and correct the problem. There is a lesson for each of us with every situation that we encounter. Just do your best and don't give up. Also, it wouldn't hurt to pray about it, and reflect on the situation that is bothering you.
Ask yourself what is it that bothers you about it, and what, if anything can you do to alleviate your stress level.
Remember that you are being a witness to everyone that you come into contact with. Especially if you are a person of faith. It doesn't matter what religion you belong to, or what name you use to call upon GOD the FATHER of us all. I challenge whomever reads this page to
LIVE their faith 24 hrs a day 7 days a week, and pray for the person who gets under your skin the most! Who knows, perhaps by your witness to them, they will one day become a member of your religion because of your testimony. Your testimony doesn't need to be you sharing scriptures or trying to teach them by mouth, but more covertly, it could be that your actions will testify louder than any words you could ever say.
Hope this is helpful to someone out there!

Personal Relationship with Jesus Christ

I know that there may be people who run across this blog that
may have varying opinions about Jesus of Nazareth, and to me that is
just fine. I welcome your views and hope to open a dialog with all
who care to comment. The only thing that I ask is that you will not
send profane words in your responses....I am looking for intellectual
comments...To be open minded and sincere.

I believe that Jesus of Nazareth was the First Born Son of God, and that HE
came and offered HIS life as a sacrifice so that we will have the freedom to
choose for ourselves the path which we will follow. HIS atonement makes
it possible for us to return to Heavenly Father, and to receive the Holy Ghost.
This is an incredible miracle for all of humanity.
The most important step in this process is to develop, what I call, a personal
relationship with Jesus of Nazareth, also known as Jesus Christ (Yeshua)
To do so, one needs to pray for enlightenment, read the Bible and meditate on the
