When you feel that things are coming to an end....

For quite a while now, I have felt in my heart that things within my life were coming to an end....I do not mean as far as being suicidal or depressed, but that things as I know them are on the verge of not being as I know them.... There is a saying that my mother told meyears ago:
"When God closes a door, He always opens a window!!" I knew things were drawing to a close with my employment and that I felt deep inside that I will have to leave my family and place I had grown up in since childhood, but the part that gave me the most anxiety was that I did not know where or why or even how I would make it...

I am glad to relate to you tonight the miracle that has happened in my life. My employment with the company I have worked for since 2003 ended shortly before Christmas. I had a nice time with my family before starting work with a seasonal position, and now, I am certain that I will be leaving this area within a rather short 2 or 3 year at the most time table. I am in the beginning stages of planning and saving the money in order to take the long journey from the Mid West to UT. I am a member of the LDS Church, and have been since my two friends and brothers in the Church introduced me to the Truth of the Fulness of the Gospel and the revelations of Joseph Smith, JR the founder and Prophet that was appointed by GOD to open these the Last Days. I know that this journey is necessary not only for my faith, but for me to continue to progress, learn and grow not only with my Faith and Relationship with Christ, but as a person as well.

I am so excited that I have a goal and a clear direction in my heart, mind and spirit. It is so freeing when you have a destination in mind. IF you have no direction within your heart and mind, no goal or focus on, you become depressed. If you are depressed, or feel a little unclear as to what your direction is to be, then please, pray it through, the answer may not come immediately overnight, but as you seek your path will become clearer. Remember faith isn't faith unless it is all you are hanging on to. A trial of your faith will help you develop your personal relationship with Jesus Christ and Heavenly Father as you seek them in humble prayer and learn howto receive from them guidance by the Holy Ghost.
I hope this helps someone out there. Remember that the scriptures state that you are to "ask, and it'll be given, seek and you will find, knock and the door will be opened to you" but notice that you have to put effort into these actions, you have to ask, you have to actively look for the answer and seek, you have to go and pound on the door and knock, and most likely, you can't just do so once and find the answer, but continue to search diligently...
I hope these little insights encourage someone to not give up, and set a plan into motion, set goals to know that you are attaining the steps you desire to take.
God Bless!
Angela
